PS: The branch of CU-CP and DU are not the same. If you want to dismiss this issue because of this reason let me know.
I think leave it how it is --> oran.fh.band78.fr1.273PRB.conf because that will depend what RU the users are testing with.
We already explained all the config files in the section Configure OAI-gNB so I think that is enough. I prefer we keep it generic.
@tien-thinh.nguyen the problem still persists today.
At the gNB side it is possible because of some event there is another PDU session re-establishment request. In this case SMF re-creates the PDU session and UPF shares the new tunnel ID. When UE tries to reach the external world. UPF sends the UE return packet to gNB with an old tunnel ID.

In CI we need to add a test to make this happen all the time.
