Configuration: We should have a default GUAMI

Currently, when configuring the AMF and the user does not provide anything in served_guami_list, there is nothing configured. I suspect it will lead to the case that AMF is effectively unusable (or maybe there is some handling of this somewhere).

To make it easier for us and the user, we should have one default GUAMI (similar to DNN and subscription config in SMF).
