PCF DNS resolvement does not work

Problem

With the following configuration:

USE_LOCAL_PCC_RULES=no
PCF_FQDN=oai-pcf
USE_FQDN_DNS=yes

the PCF DNS name does not get resolved on SMF, resulting in a hanging thread. The result is that there is no reply to the AMF, neither a PDU session accept nor reject
