Issue while installing the yang modules using the install-yangs.sh script

There is an issue while installing the _3gpp yang modules using the install-yangs.sh script, especially while installing the _3gpp-common-subnetwork.yang. The following is the error observed.

Leading to further yang modules also not being installed.
