- Corrected PDCP layer to manage more than one UE correctly
	* use eNB_id, UE_id as identifiers for connections
	* splitted UE/eNB data
	* Use the real rb_id for index in array (instead of the one used for communication with RLC/IP driver

Moved RRC UE code into "rrc_UE.c".

Removed RRC_MAC_SYNC_IND that is not used anymore.
Added ITTI messages reception in PDCP (in pdcp_run).
Added pdcp_rrc_data_req in l2 interface.
Fixed warning.

Added an RRC UE task and inserted some message based communications between MAC or PDCP and RRC when ITTI is enabled.
Uniformized some parameter types.
