OAI UE Cell sync Issue : scan stops too early

I'm trying to synchronize the UE with eNB and found that it sometimes fail.

It starts scanning at 2.68 GHz the given freq in the command line and as expected it increase by +- 100 Hz at each iteration. It should stop if nothing is found after +- 7500 Hz.
Here in this log the UE stopped after 2300 Hz so no chance to find the cell (it should find it at around +7200 Hz)
