minor fixes to UE

• fix incorrect path setting to gen_nvram_path and conf_nvram_path in build_oai
• fix typos in codes
• fix incorrect system-frame-number / subframe-number display in wireshark logs
• allow showing thread-name in printing out the LOG_X()
• normalize PDSCH constellation display with respect to channel magnitude, allowing to observe a clear 64QAM constellation even when magnitude of channel coefficients are varying in time
• add missing printf() for few run options already supported
