lte-softmodem start fail: ERROR_CODE_OVERFLOW (overflow)

Dear devs: Please correct me if this is the wrong place to ask this. The oai eNB cannot start due to the error messages below. I believe that this should be directed to particular parameter settings in the config file. Expecting any expert to advice how to trace/debug/solve such kind of troubles. Thanks.
