Uplink MAC subPDU overlapping at gNB

When pushing for maximum Uplink bitrate, with COTS UE, sometimes there is a malformed MAC PDU (around 1/1e6). The malformed MAC PDU consists in MAC subPDU overlapping. A MAC PDU with overlapping subPDUs example can be seen in the attached file.MAC_subPDU_overlap.pcapng
