Entire UL MAC transport blocks consists of zeros
some of the UL transport blocks consist in zeros only.
In the below pcap, we can see "RRC Resume Request [Malformed Packet]"... (for example packet number 80), which is shown as the entire TB is only zeros.
This need to be investigated, why the packet contains only 0s
Attached follows a .pcap that contains the all the MAC packets.
