SEgmentation fault during DRB addition in PDCP. options used --phy-test without --noS1

Segmentation fault was observed when processing DRBs configured in "rbconfig.raw". Fault occurs when acquiring mutex in function nr_pdcp_manage_lock. This crash did not happen in tag 2024.w03, happens in tag 2024.w04.

Crash happens only when using --phy-test mode without --noS1 and --nokrnmod options. If --noS1 is used - works fine.
