nr_pusch_channel_estimation computes nushift = (p >> 1) & 1. Assuming this would correspond to delta in 38.211 6.4.1.1.3, it would be valid only for type 1 DMRS (see tables Table 6.4.1.1.3-1 and Table 6.4.1.1.3-2 in the same document)
