NVIDIA Aerial_Integration Memory Leak

All branches of Aerial_Integration with the NVIDIA Aerial L1 accelerator exhibit a significant memory leak. This issue primarily affects system performance when it is running end-to-end and transmitting Uplink traffic. We observed a linear memory increase of approximately 7 Mbps/s in the OAI container when around 40 Mbps of UL traffic is flowing. This increase is constant and does not cease, leading to an out-of-memory error and the subsequent automatic termination of the nr-softmodem process.

The first screenshot shows the used memory at 37.0 GB. The second screenshot, taken an hour later, shows the used memory at 53.4 GB.
