docker: ubuntu22: gNB.aw2s: Move ref image from bionic to jammy

In docker/Dockerfile.gNB.aw2s.ubuntu22 line 41, it seems that the reference image should be jammy instead of bionic, considering the file name and comment from last commit on the file.
