[PDCP] discard NR PDU, integrity failed
@tien-thinh.nguyen @schmidtr @Cedric.Roux after a reconnection, there is a securityModeFailure (packets 1578, 2008, 2597) after Registration request.
After starting some traffic (ICMP/Ping), the UE instead of Registration request sends a Service request and the connection resumes gracefully.
How to reproduce:
1 - Start OAI CN5G
2 - Start gNB
3 - Start UE (Quectel RM500)
4 - Start ping test
5 - Restart gNB (without touching in the UE)
6 - Wait for the UE to reconnect
