OAI UE Msg3 and subsequent PUSCH EVM is high during registration with 3rd-party gNB

Hi,

When using USRP B210 as OAI UE in SA FDD test with 3rd-party gNB, we found that the Msg3 and subsequent PUSCH has high EVM (> 40% for MCS2) in gNB log (PUSCH are scheduled by DCI 0-0 and 0-1), we also captured I/Q data on gNB side and used WaveJudge software for analysis, the EVM result is almost the same as in gNB log, but after gNB scheduling DCI 0-1 with Antenna ports = 0, the PUSCH EVM is good (about 1.x% even with MCS27).

I'm suspecting maybe UE is not handling Antenna ports = 2 case correctly, which means Number of DMRS CDM group without data value is also 2, according to 3GPP TS38.212 Table 7.3.1.1.2-8:

When Number of DMRS CDM group without data is 2, DMRS power boosting should be 3dB, not 0dB. Could you please help check this issue? Thanks!
