Typo in gNB_scheduler_uci.c

In openair2/LAYER2/NR_MAC_gNB/gNB_scheduler_uci.c tables L1_SSB_CSI_RSRP_measReport_mapping_38133_10_1_6_1_1 and diff_rsrp_ssb_csi_meas_10_1_6_1_2 are labeled in their respective comment descriptions to come from TS 36.133 but when I went to TS 36.133 they were not there, however, they can be found in TS 38.133. The spec on etsi.org
