OAI nrUE: PUSCH DMRS STO suddenly got worse when 3rd-party gNB configured 2 NTN cells

I tested NTN LEO using latest develop branch (2025.w31) with 3rd-party gNB and channel emulator today.
The gNB is configured with 2 NTN cells, but only cell 1 cable is connected, so we can consider no cell 2 signals for nrUE.
But still the SIB19 in cell 1 contains NTN-NeighCellConfig-r17 which contains ntn-Config-r17 and the ephemeris info for cell 2.
After connected to cell 1, I looked at gNB log, the PUSCH DMRS STO suddenly got worse from a few Ts to about 80 Ts after a while, which suggests the TA has some problem?
I also noticed many Decoding SI and Found SIB19 messages in UE log, which is strange, the previous UE log with single cell only has these messages once.
