CI: disable aerial x86 build pipeline

remove-aerial-x86 into develop

We use Aerial exclusively on ARM/gracehopper, so no need to build it on x86. On this occasion, rename the "kind" (ID which images to build) to x86 for clarity and align with the other "kinds" (build_cross_arm, native_armv9, ...).
