Issue370 movesomedocs

No code modifications, config module, loader and telnet server docs have been moved to the source repository. Links have been created to access the moved docs in the Wiki main page, they will be modified to point to the develop branch after the merge, at the moment they point to the to be merged branch. Old docs still in the wiki, to be deleted also after the merge.
