Added ITTI timer support for RTAI builds (timers must only be used from non RT tasks). · ae4b3650

Blocked message sending to ended tasks.
Modified lte-softmodem to use ITTI signal handling.
Uniformized lte-softmodem and oaisim with ITTI handling.
