Make xApp duration to be flexible and improve CI

  • set XAPP_DURATION environment variable for the xApp timeout
  • if the SIGINT or SIGTERM are caught, unblock the xApp and close it properly
  • remove unnecessary compile options for Release build type

TODO:

  • handle the SUBSCRIPTION DELETE REQUEST when SIGINT and SIGTERM caught
