Maintenance operation of our GitLab server is scheduled for Thursday, November 28 at noon. The server will be unavailable for about two hours.

At the beginning, I wanted just to un-support Ubuntu18
Then I added the rocky-linux dockerfile
And we looked at building/running on an ARM platform
- For the moment, only tested on aarch64/v8 that is Little-Endian

We then need to decide how to publish these different images.
