  * Remove un-necessary builder image packages
  * Faster builds on built-from-source packages
  * Support for Ubuntu20/22 image generation
  * RHEL8-minimal target image
  * health-check natively in image
  * fix compilation errors when using newer version of g++
  * put back the release-1.4 notes
