Add toEnumString() for ARP values and fix ERROR logging for lttng

  • Added toEnumString for ARP values
  • During resynch with SMF I have seen that there is a bug for logging ERROR after the lttng merge

@defosseu @tien-thinh.nguyen We should merge this one ASAP because of the log issue, it is very confusing if error messages are not logged.
