Add local ip and port to sdf filter parsing

Lukas Rotheneder requested to merge add_remote_to_filter_parsing into develop

At the moment, only the source (remote) part of the SDF filter is considered when parsing the sdf filter to packet filter.

After this change the destination (local) part of the SDF filter will also be parsed into NAS packet filter.
