chore(ci): some little improvements to the COTS-UE test-bed (still only QTL)

  • Adding tracing and PCAP capture on the gNB side
  • Fixed the system-resolve DNS command on U22
  • Added some traffic test in TCP
  • Fixed PostStartHookError when deploying SPGWU --> helm spray looks faster now
