chore(ci): adding possibility to run robot framework as in a CI MR
Will allow to run the Robot Pipeline as it would during a CI MR run.
It requires to add the EMULATE_MR_RUN choices parameter in the OAI-CN5G-RobotTest pipeline that will look like this:
