chore(ci): checking how CN5G containers stop

Raphael Defosseux requested to merge ci-check-stopped-containers into develop
  • Longer stop grace period in docker-compose stop commands and in the helm charts.
  • Looking for the Bye message in the logs
  • Display for each NF undeployment in HTML report
    • if proper stop: time for the shutdown procedure
    • if not, where to look at.
    • We will use this for statistics
