fix(ci): post upgrade to Ubuntu24 / Python 3.12

Post U24 upgrade on selfix:

  • python 3.12 does not like the simple \x anymore: replaced w/ \\x
  • new robot version : [Return] replaced by RETURN keyword.
  • UPF UL UDP test had to be downgraded (I also tried to build the UPF on selfix with native kernel version
    • on that one, maybe doing the kernel buffer tricks could be ok.
