This is a branch and a dummy pipeline for both OAI-CN5G-FED and OAI-CN5G-FED-OC.

The configuration of both jobs shall be changed before Monday Feb 14 2022 evening. --> use this branch --> use this new pipeline

It will generate dummy HTML files so the building vNF jobs won't fail.
