[draft] docker-compose update for N9 support

Along with N3, N6 we need N9 now in config file.
Hence to avoid confusion and extra env variables, I renamed data path interfaces as Ingress and Egress interfaces.

There is circular dependency with PR -> oai-cn5g-upf-vpp!25 (closed)
