fix(ci): proper SD scheme with latest version of OAI RAN

  • The docker scheme in the latest tags of OAI RAN for SD is a silent 0xFFFFFF
  • We cannot anymore set it to another value.
  • Tested with tag 2023.w03

I saw someone posting an issue. The images on orion we are using are very old.
