Resynch all VPP-UPF tutorials

Stefan Spettel requested to merge resynch_vpp_tutorials into master

I have seen that the VPP tutorials became out-of-sync. I have fixed the HTTP2 tutorial (It did not work) and used the new slicing configuration for all tutorials.

Please be aware that you need SMF fix from MR 169 for the non-NRF version.
