chore(ci): adding a load test

  • Will run on selfix
  • Testing 4000 registrations --> OK
  • Testing 600 PDU session establishments --> KO. only 48-50 users get a PDU session
    • After gnbsim is stuck
  • Testing 600 PDU sessions with an HTTP2 deployment
    • registration does not even work

I made the pipeline always PASSING at the moment: we know we have the issue.

I don't want you to fix it right-away. But I will hook it to SMF and AMF CI.
