* introducing the common submodule, and using build_helper from the common submodule
* fixing the new path for the logger source file
* removing the unused 3GPP_COMMON_TYPES cmake library
* removing obsolete CMake file
* copying the newly required libraries in Dockerfiles
* removing the manual installation of 'external' because spdlog is now installed with 'make install'
