Remove config framework from common and update submodule

Stefan Spettel requested to merge common_config into develop

Changes

  • Remove all the common configuration framework files from common/config and move it into the common-src.

I will update the submodule commit to the merge commit in common-src as soon as it is merged, see also oai-cn5g-common-src!2 (merged)
