Remove PCF Models
Changes
- Remove all old PCF models
- Use PCF models from oai-cn5g-common-src!32 (merged)
- Change namespace from
oai::pcf::modeltooai::model::pcf
Background
- I want to re-use these models in SMF for QoS, which is why I moved them to common-src
