I have synch'ed the common-src submodule with the v2.1.0 tag.
If we have no more MRs pending on SMF, we can merge this and into master to make the v2.1.0 tag

Maintenance operation of our GitLab server is scheduled for Thursday, November 28 at noon. The server will be unavailable for about two hours.
