refact(udm): Remove common models and use models from common-src

Changes

  • Remove common models (3GPP TS 29.571)
  • Remove custom PatchOperation enum (as it is now covered in common-src models)
  • Use common models from common-src
  • Integrate UDM-specific helper functions into common models (see oai-cn5g-common-src!29 (merged))
