Fix HTTP/1

Stefan Spettel requested to merge fix_http1 into develop

Issue

  • When UDR is started with HTTP/1 config, it stops
  • The reason is that a Pistache Route is duplicated

Consequence

  • UDR can not be started with HTTP/1
