UL issue in mixed slot

There seems to be an issue in receiving ULSCH in mixed slot in some tests with COTS UE. Burst of NAKs on mixed slots as following:

[PHY][gNB 0] ULSCH: Setting NAK for SFN/SF 41/7 (pid 5, ndi 1, status 1, round 3, RV 2, prb_start 0, prb_size 5, TBS 14) r 0

[PHY][gNB 0] ULSCH: Setting NAK for SFN/SF 41/17 (pid 5, ndi 1, status 1, round 1, RV 3, prb_start 0, prb_size 5, TBS 14) r 0

This does not seem consistent depending on the CI run.

Are we scheduling UL in mixed slot in current develop?
