`--usrp-tx-thread-config` flag: confusing usage, can be determined by USRP driver
The --usrp-tx-thread-config
flag is used to enable a special USRP writer thread that reduces sampling write times. It is necessary for Ethernet-based USRPs (e.g., N310), but not for USB-based ones (e.g., B210).
The usage of this parameter is confusing to users, and can actually be determined by the USRP driver and started automatically. Hence, this parameter should be removed, and the driver should start the thread when necessary.
