Build issue on Ubuntu 18.04, fix included
Building on Ubuntu 18.04 fails, since the package libuhd4.3.0 gets installed as some dependency, and this is incompatible with libuhd4.2.0 which is installed in build_helper. Since libuhd-dev already depends on the right version of libuhd, it is fine to just not specify this package explicitly. It gets installed automatically as dependency.
