No LCID 5 after a NR_RRCReestablishment
In a multiple PDUSession setup (i.e. with iPhone 14 Pro as COTS UE), after a NR_RRCReestablishment there is no more LCID 5 (for PDUSession ID 3, DNN IMS)
This is a different scenario than issue #671 (closed) but they may be related.
