List of Possible CI Failures
This is a collective list of all the unresolved CI failures that happen due to third-party factors. For example failures due to core network, RAN server, networking, radio equipment, PLMN, or frequency planning.

Delay in providing PDU session response by AMF. It results in UE reconnection.
- Detail: CI fails due to re-transmission check in the first round (10% is allowed, we observe up to 50%) for the first attach attempt of the UE
