5G NR FDD fix
Fix broken 5G NR PHY-layer FDD support. Note: MAC Layer still performes a TDD scheduling.
P.S.: The FDD support was broken quickly after introducing that feature, we need to test it in CI at least with rf-simulator, better with USRP...
