CI: removing 1 VM in the pipeline

Too often, the UE-VM build fails because too much stress on the host bellatrix.

Let remove one VM (use only to validate the USRP build).

Let see if it is better for other MR.

I've tagged it 5G-NR since I just want to do the build and VM tests stages in pipeline.
