Docker improvements 2021 april

I've updated the LTE-UE image generation.

  • Proper configuration file in nfapi case
  • Proper entrypoint

Some cosmetics changes on eNB image generation.

With these changes, I was able to perform a full RF sim attachment in RHEL8 containers
