5G nFAPI Improvement

This MR accomplishes the following:

  1. Bugfixes in packing/unpacking
  2. Adds uplink indication functionality
  3. Changes the nFAPI system architecture to account for architecture changes in the develop branch
  4. Adds nFAPI system documentation
  5. Removes hardcodings

Ultimately, we see a working nFAPI split (in the --phy-test mode) which is verified by connected OAI UE and observing DL/UL traffic and constellations.
